We were incredibly excited to sign up for Godli subscription box! We enrolled during an advertised promotion to receive an overstuffed box, and did not receive what was advertised. We we disappointed and requested to return and cancel our subscription, and I thought that was the end of it. Well…another box processed, and customer service will respond to some emails, ignores others, and will not answer ny question about returning the still unopened box we received. I was told via email the subscription was canceled and just received and email regarding a THIRD box. The concept is lovely – but based on my experience, I sadly will not be a return customer.
